The Malefic twins, Octavia and Octavius, are ambitious and ruthless inventors. They have developed a Library of Wonder, and need an alphabet of children to operate it. The sisters become embroiled in its operation and embark on an adventure which will result in the Malefics receiving the treatment they deserve.
